A tel\u00edtetlen zs\u00edrsav\u00e9szterek mellett egy tel\u00edtett zs\u00edrsav, a palmitinsav \u00e9sztere is megtal\u00e1lhat\u00f3 az olajban, m\u00e9gpedig 5-25%-nyi mennyis\u00e9gben.
